    Your first appointment will be a clinical assessment where I will ask you questions to get to know more about your history, your current symptoms, and your goals. We will then collaborate on creating a personalized treatment plan that speaks to the person you wish to become.

    Sessions are scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on your needs and goals. Sessions are available both in person in Walnut Creek, or from anywhere within CA.
