I know how overwhelming and isolating certain seasons of life can feel. As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist (PMH-C), Certified EMDR Therapist, and Certified CBT Therapist, I specialize in helping women navigate the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, life transitions, and trauma recovery.

You don’t have to go through this alone. Whether you’re struggling with postpartum depression, anxiety, birth trauma, or feeling disconnected in motherhood, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be seen, heard, and truly understood.     If we’re a match, we’ll schedule your first session. If not, I’m happy to provide referrals to ensure you find the right support.

     Your first session is a clinical assessment, where I’ll ask about your history, current challenges, and goals. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan designed to help you feel more like yourself again.

    Sessions are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, based on your needs and preferences. You can choose to meet in-person in Walnut Creek or online anywhere in California.

     Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. As we work together, you’ll gain tools to reconnect with yourself, manage emotions more effectively, and create meaningful, lasting change.
